In compliance with Australian Consumer Law we will refund products with major faults/defects.
In other instances we may offer to provide a store credit, exchange or a refund with the following exceptions:
- Discounted items are final and cannot be returned or exchanged
- Returned items must have tags still on and be returned in original packaging
- Returned items must have no visible signs of wear or use
- Postage is to be organised and paid by the purchaser
